Obama Will Advance Islam By Attacking Syria

by Voices on August 29, 2013     Print This Post Print This Post

The day after Obama's reelection was announced, I wrote that Obama will be more reckless in his second term than in his first, in that he will work with NATO, France, and Britain, in attacking Syria, and on how the only one who would gain from this attack will be Turkey, because the Turks, with Assad gone, can more easily revive its former Ottoman empire. Here is what I wrote:

Expect to see Obama's actions on the Middle East to be reckless, and the cause of chaos. We must expect to see the rise of Turkey following the future fall of Assad thanks to the U.S., Western allies, and NATO. With Assad gone, Turkey will then gradually take power over Syria.

I wrote my concern of America and Nato attacking Syria on the pretext of chemical weapons use back in March, in which I said:

Our primary concern should be that one day our own nation will work with NATO to militarily strike the Assad regime and allow the revolutionaries to prevail. Such an act will not only enable Islamic fundamentalism to further expand, but empower Turkey to commence its much aspired empire–that is–a revived Ottoman empire.

Now these things are coming to pass. We already have the United States, alongside its Nato allies Britain and France, readying for military intervention.

What is also interesting is Israel's change of stance in regards to Assad's chemical weapons arsenal. Last year Netanyahu affirmed that he was not concerned about Assad, but was worried about Islamists getting their hands on Syria's chemical weapons. In the same year, Israel's defense ministry, Amos Gilad, said that he wasn't concerned about the chemical weapons as long as Assad had them under control:

There are significant amounts of chemical weapons in Syria, and we have to be ready and prepared if the Syrian regime loses control of its chemical weapons arsenal.. At the moment, they are maintaining control of it.

But now Israel is supporting the intervention, on the basis of a monitored conversation within the Syrian government on the use of chemical weapons. The Israelis affirm that this is proof enough, but they have not acknowledged that the rebels are the ones using chemical weapons on civilians, not Assad. And even if Assad did utilize chemical weaponry, why then should the US and its allies rally up arms? Assad is killing terrorists, and the rebels are slaughtering civilians.

The only people who will win are the Turks, they want Assad gone because he would be a hinderance to their aspirations of becoming a world power and the leading sovereignty in the Muslim world, and ultimately the revived Ottoman empire. The people who will suffer the most, on the other hand, are the Christians.

If America ever decides to send troops on Syrian ground, expect to see American soldiers and government workers beheaded on the internet.

Tell Congress: Stop Obama from funding the Syrian Rebels! Sign the petition.

Fwd: America must Go

America Must Go
By Gunnery Sergeant John McClain, USMC, Retired

I began life as a mechanic wearing three cornered pants, and from the first, "natural law" controlled everything I did.  Being a technician means one can't ignore or defy nature, gravity sucks, water is wet, and the earth rotates, period.

By Nature, "first law has the greatest impact", minor aspects of such have ever diminished importance.  "You get out no more than you put in" is among the most basic of natural law.  Its definition is in "the law of diminishing returns".  These two laws underlie every system we know of, and yet it is both these laws which the left, self-identified as "progressive"; deny without evidence.

Some 400 years ago, Columbus set off to avoid the Pirates of Tripoli, to find the way to India, the land of gold, Frankincense and myrrh, and ran into the coast of north Florida.  He was greeted with warmth, fed, given shelter, and shocked by the nature of "Noble Savages" he had discovered.  His return to Europe was with a few Native "friends", and Europe was stunned.

Columbus' return was shocking, the notion of civilization and culture in stone-age living was unexpected, his demonstration of his "friends" brought back caused "the civilized world" to reconsider empire and colonization.  The Pope declared a halt to all colonization by Catholic, a convention of religious leaders was summoned and the entire idea of "a modern world colonizing a backwards and uncivilized people for God's Sake" was almost discarded in favor of meeting, exchanging enlightenment, and treating the "new world" from a different perspective.

Only the stories and facts which Cortez sent back in reports, substantiated by his testimony on his return, ended the whole almost three year effort of reconsideration.  That the experience of one explorer caused the majority of "self-described moral and ethical people" to halt the building of empire and "the spreading of the gospel of Jesus" demonstrates the truth which underlies the stated purpose of exploration, and demonstrates, indisputably, those who took on such exploration were, in the majority, truly making it "for the Glory of God, and to "extend His Kingdom", even while greed, power, and lust drove the exploration as well.

The intent of our founders to see an egalitarian form of government, serving "the people", and being in service to God, was no sudden knee-jerk, but the natural expansion of man's world.  The colonists understood the impact of Cortez' reports no less than the Europeans did.  Their intent of keeping "the rights of an Englishman" was well supported by the discrediting of "The Noble Savage" as common.  Those settlers had that vision of what could be, fleetingly, and yet considered its implications as they found themselves losing what they had not measured or counted, the extent of their freedom to roam, clear, and establish, the liberty to see a possibility, know their own resources, and envision the work that would make the dream reality, all this was suddenly seen in hindsight, as the eastern seaboard became little less than "West England".

The idea of making the new world in accordance with new ideas, put forth by pure reason in the consideration of man's entry into the world, and the natural equality in absolute need, made sense to those risking all, with no promise for an end, and with such a start, it was quite logical for those doing the job, deciding how it would be ruled when they were done with making it workable.

To do so was to set their ideas against those held by almost every Nation of the world.  Their stated plan, their beliefs, and their reasoning undeniable, but the intended outcome was equally outrĂ©, unbelievable, and startling. Those who had explored and experienced the world understood, but no one else really did.

Our confrontation today is exactly the same as it was at that time.  Those who would rule the whole world because they have power, know how to wield it, and can, continue to believe the world belongs to those with the will and capacity to subdue the rest.

Those who see a vast criminal accumulation in our government understand what man has always fought against.  Those who stand behind its encroachment, expansion, who easily deny totalitarian intent, while preparing to host world government are the exact same enemy of freedom as always existed.

The American experiment in "the republic" was no more than taking that Roman notion, using wisdom gained in two millennia since, and "doubling down"; betting again on that old idea, with ever more "liberty teeth" than before.  The same forces used the same techniques to bring us down.  The only question is; are we willing to risk it all to try to stand it up again?

The republic is gone, what America will be in the future is to be decided by this generation.  We have been offered a fascist form, ruled by terrorists, and they back their offer with power shown in high definition in Egypt, Syria.  We can accept it or reject it.  World government is the intent and always has been.

Fwd: FBI claims to have dismantled Anonymous

This should be fun

===========================================================

Hacks continue as FBI claims to have dismantled Anonymous

http://www.terrorismwatch.org/2013/08/hacks-continue-as-fbi-claims-to-have.html

The FBI is declaring victory over Anonymous in a series of statements

claiming the hacker collective is no longer able to carry out large,

successful operations because most of its "largest players" have been

arrested or detained by US law enforcement authorities.

"The movement is still there, and they're still yacking on Twitter and

posting things, but you don't hear about these guys coming forward with

those large breaches," Austin P. Berglas, assistant special agent in charge

of the FBI's cyber division, told the Huffington Post.

"It's just not happening, and that's because of the dismantlement of the

largest players," he added.

Berglas also claimed that recruiting LulzSec hacker Hector Monsegur, aka

Sabu, as an FBI informant has bred fear and distrust within Anonymous,

deterring hackers from continuing with their operations against targets like

US law enforcement agencies.

But given some recent successes, Anons take issue with the FBI's claims of

"dismantlement."

In spite of FBI arrests, large-scale Anonymous operations have been carried

out as recently as July, when Anons made public information stolen from a

server used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Earlier this year,

OpLastResort infiltrated servers used by the Federal Reserve, the Department

of Justice and several other financial and law enforcement agencies.

Scared of the FBI? Anonymous took to Twitter to mock the claim.

"Has anyone seen my leg? I'm in pieces over here!" tweeted one

Anonymous-affiliated account. "SHOUTOUTZ TO ALL TEH DISMANTLEZ CREWZ OUT

THERE IN SCARED OF TEH FBI LAND LOLOLOLOL," tweeted @OpLastResort, an

account managed by Anons closely associated with the collective's most

recent hacks.

The @OpLastResort account then dumped a large amount of information stolen

from what appear to be servers used by the FBI's Regional Forensics Computer

Laboratory (RFCL). A large amount of the information appears to have been

scrubbed from computer files as early as January of this year. Such data can

only be obtained with direct access to servers.

Personal information from the data can also be taken and used in "social

engineering" and phishing attacks to gain further access to secure

information.

"The idea that they can take out a few people 'at the top' and treat them

badly and then people will be scared is just asinine," said Gregg Housh, an

internet freedom activist formerly associated with Anonymous.

"There is no leadership. There can't be. That is the point of it all. That

is why things like OpLastResort happen after all of these 'big arrests.' For

those reasons it is absolutely ridiculous to say that Anon's leadership has

been dismantled," added Housh, who now acts as an observer and has not

participated in Anonymous or its operations for several years.

Even those closely associated with members of the collective who have been

arrested - and thus have lost their anonymity - say the crackdowns on

hackers has done little to deter their involvement. But it has taught them

to exercise more caution.

"No, [arrests have] not lowered morale. Everyone certainly learned a few

lessons about trust, however," said Nancy Norelli, a Miami-based attorney

involved with freeanons.org, an organization that provides support for those

who are facing prosecution for alleged involvement in Anonymous activities.

Norelli argues that Anonymous has learned from their past mistakes and

resulting arrests, making the organization more secure.

"I'm not aware of any arrests contingent with #oplastresort. And yes, I

think the slowdown in prosecution actually has more to do with law

enforcement agencies' inability to regain a foothold after Sabu rather than

a decline in ops. When Sabu was around, the FBI had a central figure with

whom to gather data. Now we see smaller, more focused, and more hidden

movement. More diffusion," said Norelli.

As Anonymous continues to dump more information stolen from servers and

computers apparently used by the FBI, law enforcement's claims to have

dismantled the organization show they're desperate, Gregg Housh claims.

"What [recent FBI statements] do is make more people angry and get more

people wanting to fight. The biggest thing the FBI have done for Anonymous

is continue to work in very outdated ways, it has only gotten more people

willing to go online and do what they feel is right," Housh said.

Fwd: Iran: U.S. strike on Syria would bring Israel's destruction

http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/08/29/us-syria-crisis-iran-idUSBRE97S0HH20130829?feedType=RSS&feedName=worldNews

Iran commander: U.S. strike on Syria would bring Israel's destruction

DUBAI | Thu Aug 29, 2013 7:29am EDT

DUBAI (Reuters) - Iran's Revolutionary Guards chief said a U.S. military attack on Syria would lead to the "imminent destruction" of Israel and would prove a "second Vietnam" for America, according to an Iranian news agency.

Shi'ite Muslim Iran, an arch-enemy of Israel, is supporting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad against mainly Sunni Muslim rebels trying to oust him in a two-and-a-half-year-old revolt.

Iran has blamed the rebels for a suspected chemical weapons on August 21 that killed hundreds of civilians. Opposition activists blame Assad's forces, Washington has agreed and President Barack Obama made the case for a limited military strike against Syria in response to the chemical attack.

Mohammad Ali Jafari, commander of Iran's powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, said in an interview late on Wednesday with the Tasnim news agency that a U.S. strike on Syria would not help Israel.

"An attack on Syria will mean the imminent destruction of Israel," Jafari said, according to Tasnim.

The interview was widely picked up by Iranian media on Thursday. Tasnim, which launched in 2012, says on its website that it is devoted to "defending the Islamic Revolution against negative media propaganda".

Jafari, as quoted by Tasnim, also warned the United States that it risked embroilment in a costly and protracted struggle if it intervened in Syria.

"Syria will turn into a more dangerous and deadly battlefield than the Vietnam War, and in fact, Syria will become the second Vietnam for the United States," he said.

Adam's Underwear

Why we love children...

NUDITY
I was driving with my three young children one warm summer evening when a woman in the convertible ahead of us stood up and waved. She was stark naked! As I was reeling from the shock, I heard my 5-year-old shout from the back seat, "Mom, that lady isn't wearing a seat belt!"

OPINIONS
On the first day of school, a first-grader handed his teacher a note from his mother. The note read, "The opinions expressed by this child are not necessarily those of his parents..."

KETCHUP
A woman was trying hard to get the ketchup out of the jar.. During her struggle the phone rang so she asked her 4-year-old daughter to answer the phone. "Mommy can't come to the phone to talk to you right now She's hitting the bottle."

MORE NUDITY
A little boy got lost at the YMCA and found himself in the women's locker room. When he was spotted, the room burst into shrieks, with ladies grabbing towels and running for cover. The little boy watched in amazement and then asked, "What's the matter, haven't you ever seen a little boy before?"

POLICE # 1
While taking a routine vandalism report at an elementary school, I was interrupted by a little girl about 6 years old. Looking up and down at my uniform, she asked, "Are you a cop?"

"Yes," I answered and continued writing the report. My mother said if I ever needed help I should ask the police. Is that right?" "Yes, that's right," I told her. "Well, then," she said as she extended her foot toward me, "would you please tie my shoe?"

POLICE #2
It was the end of the day when I parked my police van in front of the station. As I gathered my equipment, my K-9 partner, Jake, was barking, and I saw a little boy staring in at me. "Is that a dog you got back there?" he asked.
"It sure is," I replied.
Puzzled, the boy looked at me and then towards the back of the van. Finally he said, "What'd he do?"

ELDERLY
While working for an organization that delivers lunches to elderly shut-ins, I used to take my 4-year-old daughter on my afternoon rounds. She was unfailingly intrigued by the various appliances of old age, particularly the canes, walkers and wheelchairs. One day I found her staring at a pair of false teeth soaking in a glass. As I braced myself for the inevitable barrage of questions, she merely turned and whispered, "The tooth fairy will never believe this!"

DRESS-UP
A little girl was watching her parents dress for a party. When she saw her dad donning his tuxedo, she warned, "Daddy, you shouldn't wear that suit."
"And why not, darling?"
"You know that it always gives you a headache the next morning."

DEATH
While walking along the sidewalk in front of his church, our minister heard the intoning of a prayer that nearly made his collar wilt. Apparently, his 5-year-old son and his playmates had found a dead robin. Feeling that proper burial should be performed, they had secured a small box and cotton batting, then dug a hole and made ready for the disposal of the deceased.
The minister's son was chosen to say the appropriate prayers and with sonorous dignity intoned his version of what he thought his father always said: "Glory be unto the Father, and unto the Son, and into the hole he goes."(I want this line used at my funeral!)

SCHOOL
A little girl had just finished her first week of school. "I'm just wasting my time," she said to her mother. "I can't read, I can't write, and they won't let me talk!"

BIBLE
A little boy opened the big family Bible. He was fascinated as he fingered through the old pages. Suddenly, something fell out of the Bible. He picked up the object and looked at it. What he saw was an old leaf that had been pressed in between the pages.
"Mama, look what I found," the boy called out.
"What have you got there, dear?"
With astonishment in the young boy's voice, he answered, "I think it's Adam's underwear!"

IF THIS DIDN'T BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY,
GO BACK TO BED AND
FORGET IT

Fwd: Is Obama Trying To Purposely Start World War III?

The traitor-in-Chief is doing everything he can to destroy this country and turn it into an Islamic cesspool.

Is Obama Trying To Purposely Start World War III?

August 29, 2013 by Wayne Allyn Root

Hello, I'm Wayne Allyn Root for Personal Liberty. Two things are happening right now under President Barack Obama that are unprecedented.

First, Obama is about to go to war in Syria and risk your sons' and daughters' lives on behalf of our enemy, al-Qaida. Second, he is about to risk starting World War III.

Are you on board?

And then there's Obama's "red line." Obama's defenders say, "Syria passed the red line. We have no choice." Really? So we now call extremist Muslims killing other extremist Muslims a "red line" that demands U.S. intervention. But extremist Muslims in Egypt burning more than 70 churches to the ground and killing Christians is not a "red line?" In one place (Syria), we want to go to war. In the other (Egypt), we continue to send billions of dollars in foreign aid as a reward for killing Christians.

Do you support Obama's definition of a "red line?" I know I don't.

So why the rush to war? Could it be because America's unemployment problem under Obama is unfixable? Ninety million working-age Americans are not working. The labor force participation rate is the lowest for men since 1947 (since measurement began). Obama has no way out.

The same holds true for our partners in the European Union like the United Kingdom and France. Unemployment for the EU region is 12.1 percent, the worst in history. Almost 20 million Europeans are unemployed. Youth unemployment in the EU is just below 25 percent.

How do you solve such a human psychological disaster? You go to war.

VoilĂ . Suddenly, young people with no job prospects have a job — in the military. They have a check, a place to live, something to do. They no longer have time to commit crimes or riot in the streets.

America got out of the last Great Depression with the help of World War II. How convenient that Obama lit the fuse for the Arab Spring, helped to topple dictators friendly to U.S. interests and took the side of the Muslim Brotherhood. Now, it's all coming home to roost.

We fomented instability, supported the radicals who hate America and Israel, and now we're feigning shock that the Mideast is in flames? Remember that line from the police captain in the movie "Casablanca": "I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!"

What a funny coincidence that a war would solve Obama's worst problems all at once:

A) War would stir patriotism and force Americans to rally around the President.

B) Obamacare is a nightmare for Obama and his party. It's so unpopular even Democrats and unions are running away from it. Congress has passed a law to exempt themselves. Obama himself is postponing major aspects of Obamacare for fear it will lead to a GOP landslide in 2014. Going to war is the perfect distraction, at the perfect time.

C) Obama couldn't create a job if it hit him in the face. He can't spell J-O-B. War will create instant jobs. And, hey, if thousands of young men die, that, too, will reduce the ranks of the unemployed for years to come.

"Nonsense," Obama's supporters will protest. You know, those same people that marched in the streets protesting our involvement in Iraq, those same people who questioned CIA intelligence about "weapons of mass distraction" yet who now readily accept the CIA's claims about Syria's using chemical weapons, those same people who called Bush a murderer yet now accept Obama's bombing and killing citizens in Syria. Syria is the new Iraq.

The key to life (and politics) is to choose your friends carefully. In Egypt Obama supports the Muslim Brotherhood. This is the same group that supported the Nazis during World War II. Their leader, Muhammed Morsi, said in speech last year: "The Koran is our constitution, the Prophet is our leader, jihad is our path and death in the name of Allah is our goal."

In Syria our new friends are worse than the Muslim Brotherhood (if that's possible). The rebels fighting the Syrian government are al-Qaida. These are the murderous terrorists who are the sworn enemies of America and Israel. This is who Obama is asking our sons and daughters to die for? Not my sons, not my daughters. How about yours?

Have we learned nothing from Iraq? I was gung ho about Iraq. I thought it was a noble cause to set the Iraqi people free from a tyrant. You know what I found out? We meant well, but it was a disaster. It was none of our business. It was not worth the cost — in dollars or human life. The Iraqi people we heroically risked and sacrificed for don't thank us; they hate us. Why would we want to do it again? Our Mideast interventions cause more hatred, more terrorism, more death.

Let's not forget that our intervention in Libya put weapons in the hands of radical Muslims who, it now appears, used those weapons to attack our own Libyan Embassy and murder our U.S. Ambassador and three brave Navy SEALs. You know, that's the tragedy that was covered up by Obama and Hillary Clinton by blaming it on a movie. Who killed our brave men in that Libyan embassy? Al-Qaida, the people Obama now wants to partner with.

Have we not learned that our Mideast interventions always work out badly? Now, we are going to do it again. Except this time, it's far worse. This time, Russia and China and Iran are on Syria's side. This time, it could lead to World War III. Have we lost our minds?

I have obvious questions.

First, was this Obama's plan from the start? Foment anger and instability in the Mideast, topple the friends of America and wait for war? Is this his only way out to save the U.S. economy from collapse? Is war the perfect distraction from the economic carnage caused by his policies?

Second, would you send your son or daughter to die to support al-Qaida? I know I wouldn't.

This is a new level of insanity — even for Obama. I'm Wayne Allyn Root for Personal Liberty. See you next week. Same time, same place. God bless America.

definition of racism

The next time some obnoxious leftwing troll comes onto FOTM and hurls "RACIST!" bombs at us, I'll shove this post in their faces.

In an interview on PBS Newshour yesterday (Aug. 28, 2013), reporter/host Gwen Ifill asks Obama "whether you think that's true" what civil rights historian Taylor Branch has said that Obama is "a victim of partisan racial gridlock."

Obama answers (rather incoherently) that he believes critics are motivated not by racism, but by policy differences:

"...I do think what – what you've seen – and I – I touched on this theme during the speech – I think it has less to do with my – my race, but there is an argument that was made in 1964, 1965 on through the '80s and '90s in which those who resisted any change in the status quo, particularly when it came to economic opportunity, made two big arguments....

And you know, there's a line that's drawn between the deserving poor and the undeserving poor. And you know, that, I think, has been a fairly explicit politics in this country for some time. And it's directed at Bill Clinton or Nancy Pelosi just as much as it's directed at me. I – I think it – it doesn't have to do with my race in particular; it has to do with an effort to make sure people who might otherwise challenge the existing ways that things work are divided."

Fwd: Executive Action: Obama To Ban Importation of Ammo, Magazines and Gun Accessories

Executive Action: Obama To Ban Importation of Ammo, Magazines and Gun Accessories Without Congressional Approval

Mac Slavo
April 23rd, 2013

Over the course of the last month, while Americans were distracted with the threat of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula and the devastation wrought by the Boston bombings, President Obama was quietly working behind the scenes to craft laws and regulations that will further erode the Second Amendment.

Congress, and thus We the People, may have unequivocally rejected federal legislation in March which aimed to outlaw most semi-automatic rifles, restrict magazine capacity, and force national registration, but that didn't stop the President from ceding regulatory control over firearms importation to the United Nations just two weeks later. What the UN Arms Trade Treaty, passed without media fanfare by 154 counties, would do is to restrict the global trade of, among other things, small arms and light weapons. Opponents of the treaty argue that loopholes within the new international framework for global gun control may make it illegal for Americans to purchase and import firearms manufactured outside of the United States.

To further his gun-grabbing agenda, however, President Obama and his administration didn't stop there.

Now they're taking another significant step against Americans' right to bear arms – and they're doing it through Presidential Executive Action, a strategy that, once again, bypasses Congressional oversight and the legislative process.

…it appears that the BHO Administration is taking executive action on firearms importation. Take a few minutes to read this: After Senate setback, Obama quietly moving forward with gun regulation. Here is the key portion of the article:

"The Importation of Defense Articles and Defense Services — U.S. Munitions Import List references executive orders, amends ATF regulations and clarifies Attorney General authority "to designate defense articles and defense services as part of the statutory USML for purposes of permanent import controls," among other clauses specified in heavy legalese requiring commensurate analysis to identify just what the administration's intentions are. Among the speculations of what this could enable are concerns that importing and International Traffic in Arms Regulations [ITAR] may go forward to reflect key elements within the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."[Emphasis added.]

Depending on how it is implemented, the implications of this change could be huge. With the stroke a of a pen and without the consent of Congress, ATF bureaucrats could make ANY gun part or accessory (including magazines) or ammunition that were originally manufactured or perhaps even those designed for military use no longer legal for importation for civilian use. That might mean no more milsurp parts sets. No more milsurp magazines. No more milsurp ammo. No more milsurp optics. Perhaps not even spare firing pins. This could be ugly.

I strongly recommend that you stock up on magazines, ammunition and spare parts for any of your imported military pattern guns, as soon as possible! Once an import ban is implemented, prices will skyrocket.

Just five days ago the President vowed to push forward on gun control without Congress and Nancy Pelosi argued that no matter what Congress says, gun control is inevitable.

This latest round of Executive Actions is what they meant.

A direct on attack on the second amendment is difficult if not impossible, so they are trying to slither their way in through the backdoor by restricting international trade so we can't import new firearms, by restricting access to accessories and gun parts, by heavily taxing ammunition and gun purchases, by mandating policies like forcing gun owners to have liability insurance, and of course, by identifying potentially dangerous gun owners and simply taking their firearms because of public safety concerns.

The President recently suggested that the American people have spoken, and that they want guns to be restricted, banned and heavily regulated.

If that's so, then how is that a bipartisan Congress overwhelmingly rejected the President's bid to restrict and outlaw private ownership of millions of weapons and gun accessories?

Going through the United Nations and now implementing Executive Actions to bypass America's Constitutionally mandated system of checks and balances is an act of desperation.

Those who would take our rights have been left with no choice but to try and force their agenda upon us through dictatorial means.
